How is biomass energy applied?

  The application of biomass energy is very extensive. According to the different raw materials, the energy that can be converted into energy is also different. According to the type, it can be roughly classified into three types: gaseous, liquid and solid:

  Usually used as fuel is divided into two types, one is bio-alcohol, and the other is bio-diesel.

Materials for bio-alcohol include sucrose, corn, rice stalks, miscanthus, etc., which can replace liquid fuels. As long as the concentration is adjusted properly, it can be used in combination with gasoline without modifying the engine. Various universities in Taiwan are also actively researching the use of miscanthus Biomass energy is used, and there are 13 gas stations in Taipei and Kaohsiung that can use bio-alcohol mixed with gasoline for official vehicles. 

  The material of biodiesel is vegetable oil, such as olive oil, soybean oil, or fried edible oil, which can be used directly in diesel engines. Although the calorific value of biodiesel is lower than that of traditional petrochemical diesel0,but the emitted Particles, carbon monoxide and other substances are relatively reduced, which is of great help to reduce environmental pollution.

  The raw materials of gaseous biomass energy include kitchen waste, pig manure, etc. This kind of biomass that will decay and ferment is collected and let them undergo anaerobic fermentation to generate biogas, and use the methane in the biogas as energy. The calorific value contained in the combustion of coal gas is still high, and the composition of biogas is pure, which can be effectively and completely burned to meet the requirements of clean energy.

  This gaseous type of biomass is often used in biogas power plants.

  There are many raw materials for solid biomass energy. From the standpoint of environmental protection, we hope to make more waste materials, such as urban waste (example: household waste), agricultural and forestry waste (example: waste wood), general industrial waste (example: : Waste paper pulp)... etc., after processing by equipment and technology, they can be used after being made into individual biomass particles.

  For the use of solid biomass energy, you can choose to use a combustion boiler and process the waste on site to generate heat or generate electricity directly at the place where the waste is produced, forming a symbiotic system to reduce production costs, or cooperate with our Zhenyi to plan A steam power plant, we have steam turbines produced by Nippon Seki for customers to use, this steam power plant can be used to replace or share the workload of the incinerator, and improve air pollution problems and waste disposal efficiency.
