Wood pellets are low-carbon and environmentally friendly combustion materials.
Then some people will definitely question that since wood pellets are made of wood, they are not environmentally friendly at all. In fact, this is not the case, because what we use is forest and agricultural waste, that is, bark, sawdust, and branches. The waste left over from necessary products such as furniture or paper, or the husks or stalks left over from harvested rice will be used instead of deliberate logging for burning.
To put it simply, it is like cutting down 10 trees to make a log cabin, but in order to make the cabin warmer, we need to cut down two or three more trees to make charcoal for heating, but now we use the original 10 trees left over after building the log cabin, and fragments of wood to make wood pellets for heating, so as to reduce the waste of raw materials, and do not need to cut down two or three extra trees, so it is more environmentally friendly.
Or use thinning wood, that is, in order to make the trees grow better, cut off their excess, poor growth, or parts that oppress other trees. If these cut parts cannot be used for building materials, or for making The remaining wood chips after being made into building materials are also very suitable for making wood pellets, as well as old furniture, waste paper, etc. These combustible waste materials can also be made into wood pellets after a little processing, and Used with a steam turbine generator, it is a good choice for both environmental protection and power supply guarantee in places where uninterruptible power supply or emergency power supply system is required.
The steam generated during combustion can not only generate electricity, but we can also design a waste heat recovery device to recover the excess heat generated during combustion for cooling, heating, and domestic hot water, and use it nearby. You can apply the cooling jacket to the air-conditioning part. Use heating as heating, or provide hot water to make a heated swimming pool, etc., burn the same amount of wood pellets, and use a waste heat system to get double the gains.
